The base for these are smart suits reworked from pre-existing garments using an advanced system of algorithms. Each purchase gives you access to a whole set that can be compiled and styled in different ways.
Technically yes. We believe in giving great clothes a second chance so we thoroughly source every garment in secondhand markets and deadstocks around the world. Each piece comes with a passport that contains detailed information on its origins. Bettter garments have traces of previous life and small imperfections that we are happy to keep as there is beauty to them. That said, every bettter piece undergoes repair and cleaning procedures to make sure they feel new and are safe for health.
We produce in female sizes EU 34 to 40. As most of our suits have a loose fit, each set can fit at least two sizes. To understand how bettter garments work on the body please consider our size suggestions and model measurements info in the product description section. A special ++ sign in our sizing system signals that the set is purposefully oversized.
Shipping within Ukraine is temporarily available only through individual requests, and we promise we will do our best in each case. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery time frames. International shipments via DHL will take 2 to 5 working days to arrive. We may opt for a courier service of your choosing upon special request. We do not ship to russian federation and belarus.
We believe in slow approach and never over-produce to stock extra inventory. Please be aware that bettter garments take different time and effort to make and sets to assemble. We promise to deliver your order within 30 days or you will be informed otherwise.
For your convenience we will add shipment fees to your order recipe. Please note that we are not responsible for additional taxes, duties and brokerage services that might appear at the customs control. These expenses are calculated according to the state regulations and should be covered by you upon delivery.
We are hoping to minimize the carbon footprint of our activities so we strongly suggest to choose bettter garments wisely and consider a no-return scenario. However, we use a common procedure for returns and accept those within 14 days since the delivery date. Shall you decide to make a return, you may choose a courier service of your liking and will be charged all transport costs that follow.
