SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at bettter.us.The following are the Terms and Conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We ship from Ukraine where our design studio and research facilities are based.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or by phone.

Shipping within Ukraine is temporarily available only through individual requests, and we promise we will do our best in each case. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery time frames. International shipments via DHL will take 2 to 5 working days to arrive. We may opt for a courier service of your choosing upon special request. We do not ship to russian federation and belarus.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is released.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

bettter is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). These expenses are calculated according to the state regulations and should be covered by you upon the delivery.

Damages

bettter is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
